Happy Friday the 13th - here we go...Enjoy!
13 years ago Matt Fanale (Caustic) had this (crazy) idea of inviting This Morn 'Omina to Madison Wisconsin (that idea worked out fine though).
While becoming Matt's "porch potatoe" (i.e. relaxing and recovering from jetlag) we came up with the idea of doing a cover one of favourite postpunk bands.
So we did a cover of Big Black's Kerosene.
We only played this once live and have video proof of that (sadly not the full take)...
So 13 years later...I guess it was about time to actually do it for real.

lyrics
I was born in this town
Live here my whole life
Probably come to die in this town
Live here my whole life
Never anything to do in this town
Live here my whole life
Never anything to do in this town
Live here my whole life
Probably learn to die in this town
Live here my whole life
Nothing to do, sit around at home
Sit around at home, stare at the walls
Stare at each other and wait till we die
Stare at each other and wait till we die
Probably come to die in this town
Live here my whole life
There's Kerosene around, something to do
There's Kerosene around, she's something to do
There's Kerosene around, she's something to do
There's Kerosene around, we'll find something to do
Kerosene around, she's something to do
Kerosene around, set me on fire
Set me on fire,…

Saw Kanga last night in Houston , instantly was entranced by her sound , sucked me into the Kangakult vortex , so glad I got to see her live , should have looked into her sooner as Gary Numan was so supportive of her on the Revolution tour , oh now it’s time to catch up and get further involved Callum Gray
